Title: Rubicon t-case not engaging.

hi,  I've got a 2005 TJ Rubicon with 126k.   it's lifted 4 inches with a one inch t-case drop.     2high and 4low function perfectly, but 4high position leaves the transfer case in neutral???
i'm hoping it needs a linkage adjustment, but maybe it's something more serious? 

I don't know CJA protocols or manners, but can I ask on here if there is someone I could hire to fix this?  I've seen certain things called spamming, and if this is that, then mods please delete - I don't wanna squirt anyone else off today.
