I have 9 fingers. BillyNine (my nickname since I lost the finger when I was 18) was taken on the american boards I signed up on originally. So I opted for bnine which I also carried through to any boards I use.

Got mine when I was a framer.  Was my 2nd day on the job, we were really busy and skipped coffee.  It got around lunch and seemed like we were going to skip that too.  I was hungry so when I was grabbing some nails I nabbed an apple and put it in my tool belt.  I climbed back up on the roof and started eating it as I was waiting to get some more trusses.  Lead hand yelled, "Hey! what do you think you're doing?" I said, "having a snack", there was some underbreath cursing from his end followed by "It's NOT snack-time yet!" (I still finished the apple...)

Stuck ever since.  By day 3 nobody in any of the four crews, including the boss ever called me Tyler again.  Snack Time became my full name.  Usually just Snack.

I was surprised my boss never accidentally wrote it on any of my pay cheques.  A few of the lead hands even forgot my actual name after about a year.

Just picked an interesting way to spell it for my handle that nobody else seemed to be using.

CR you are from Timmins or Thunder Bay?
Why does your Jeep say Toyota on it?

Umm everywhere I have been on the forums it "was" da_bear......then came a run early last year when between waiting for terminally tardy friend to get ready and 11th hour repairs all we could eat was A&W and Mac Donald's for basically two days....well it's just like beans....and beans are the magical fruit........Stinky Bear was born!!!

Besides if I had not chosen the name the threats of a new name from a forum moderator and friend on the run were much... much worse!!!LOL

My first choice was "swab cup"... but it was taken... so I ended up with muffintop. Not sure why, other than the obvious fact, that the best part of any muffin... is the top  :P

Well, if you rip off one section of a swab cup, it looks a little like a muffin top  :)
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

Went by yellar bellied on most boards due to color  choice.

Now I go by Hi Lo Silver (due to color choice) and due to Hi Lo range mixed with color choice. Roof is also silver.  Means more for those that remember The Lone Ranger and his trusty horse, Silver.
