FS: Slightly used ARB bumper and winch

Up for grabs is my slightly used ARB bumper, it will fit a 1993-1998 ZJ. Some minor dents and scrapes, will include buffing pads to lucky buyer.

Pics.  :o





Amazingly enough there is no issues with opening or closing doors or the liftgate, the engine runs but the rad is punctured.Jay is gonna look at it tomorrow to see if it can be fixed with the parts off the red one. Even if he can't the only thing that matters is that I walked away without a single scratch.

Coming back from Waiparous tonight, hit a huge patch of ice at ranges station corner. Spun 360* and then off the road right into a tree. Hit pretty much dead center of the bumper, no air bags and I walk away without a scratch. Im positive that if I didnt have the ARB I would not be making this post.

Jay has the Jeep now and is gonna look at it some time soon, the wierd thing is that it starts right up, tracks straight, will drive and there is no problems with opening or closing the doors or hatch.

thats shitty ..  glad to hhear your ok

im sure the bumper helped reduce the damage but you jave air bags so you would of been alive with out it just a hell of alot more damage

I was over to Jay's shop tonight to check out his new tube bender. I saw a tow truck with a white ZJ on it's hooks. I say to myself, " That ZJ looks awful familiar" and then I notice the Jeepforum sticker on the back glass. I was sure that Fraser was going to lead a run for some guys today. Maybe he had some mechanical damage? I get out of my truck and walk alongside the Jeep. My freakin jaw damn near fell to my knees when I saw the front bumper and crumpled fenders. It was a big shock to say the least.

I've spun wrenches on Fraser's Jeep and I know he loved this thing. I'm sorry to see such a clean vehicle in that state. Don't let this setback damper your fourwheel enthusiasm bud. We all get spanked from time to time. Make a plan and try to salvage as much of your GC as you can. I hope you get the GC fixed to it's former state or better. Hope to see you on the trails soon.

I hope that your Jeep lives to see another day. I saw pics of your red one and this white one. I thought they were great looking! It's just sheetmetal,plastic, and a bumper/winch. Easy to replace that- your life isn't. I'm glad you are okay.
