WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Alberta Four Wheel Drive will be holding a general meeting on March 28, 2006, at 7PM. The agenda will include elections for executive positions, setting membership fees, and accepting revised bylaws, as well as discussing policies and activities to advance the mission of Alberta Four Wheel Drive Association.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
You must be a ‘Delegate’ to attend the meeting. A Delegate is a person appointed by a member club. The number of delegates for each club depends on how many members are in your club.
1-10 members: 1 Delegate
11-30: 2 Delegates
31+, 3 Delegates.

If you’re not a member of a club, you can still be a delegate and attend the meeting. Member at Large Delegate positions will be created based on the number of non-club members signed up. If you are not a part of a club, but want to get involved and be a Member at Large Delegate, please volunteer by contacting:

WHERE IS THE MEETING?
To ensure inclusion of all interested four wheelers across the province, the meeting will be held via teleconference. The teleconference details will be e-mailed directly to the Club Delegates and Member at Large Delegates.
