Yeah,

I thought the Libby's were pretty good rigs too. Have actually considered buying one as a daily driver. The only Jeeps I have a little concern over are the patriot and Compass. But, I have been wrong before...

Look at the flex!  That rear tire was WAY off the ground.  :-)  I love libby's!

And kudos to all the JK owners who can take some ribbing.   Have fun on your not-so-open open run.

x2

I joke alot about JKs but take it with grain of salt, all in good fun :-) Besides... I might need a yank from one of those minivans someday hehe.

Sad to say though that the JK is slightly more capable than that Libby... But still in the same class of Jeep ;)

Coulda sworn the Liberty replaced the XJ...So I guess that means your XJ and the Libby are the same class.  That's unfortunate.

Just dawned on me what XJ's are in the world of Jeep... Basically an old man with ED...Squeaky joints, rusty pants and a little limp (you know... no frame).

To what I gather, the JK gets about the same amount of love the YJ, XJ,MJ, TJ(not so much ) got when they showed up. Jeep is very slow to change platforms so once the JK is excepted and the next thing comes along it will be bashed just as hard.
Why does your Jeep say Toyota on it?

I'm just glad the majority of Jeep owners know that the joking around is all in fun.  If you're taking offense to the comments, you haven't read enough threads yet.  LOL

Our JK Owners run is indeed open only to JKs, Jeep Girl just posted it here in case there were CJA lurkers who didn't know about it. It's looking to be a pretty big group though, so we will likely end up splitting into a couple groups to keep things moving.  But you never know until everyone shows up... :-)

Whaaaaat? Only three pages of hatin' on the JK's? You guys are getting lazy in your old age. Used to be that we could count on at least 5 pages of JK hate if something like this was posted up.  ;)
