Just installed the Bestop bikini on the 06 TJ. Wondering if anyone else had the issue I had and how it was resolved. Problem is that the "plastic" insert for the windshield channel will not fit into the channel. I could only get it to go in about 1/2" or as far as the stitching holding the material to the plastic. Instructions appear to show the strip fully inside the channel but no way could I get it to go in deeper. It is in far enough to hold (road tested it) but not proper as far as I can tell. Appreciate any advice if this has been a problem for anyone else.
