Attended jeepers Jamboree, trail, people and food was awesome, trail even moreso. Only one dented rear quarter panel. XJ performed awesome, thanks to Dave and Eric at Broken Axle for helping me get it ready. If you are thinking of running it, 33's,  rock sliders, skid plates and some type of lockers highly recommended. Can't wait to do it again!

Resident prick is my job and it took me ten years to earn that title

Hi Lo Silver on August 01, 2014, 09:32:56 PM
Vinman, you mean compared to Meadow Creek Trail? I'll bet it's some what better. ;D

EEP on August 02, 2014, 12:50:30 PM
Vince,
No comparison, it is nothing but rocks, boulders  and ledges of various sizes. Very technical, need right line, you can't be overly aggressive a lot of the time. Very demanding, after 8hrs of wheeling on first day I was bagged and ready for a cold one. A passenger that can spot passenger side for wheel placement and body positioning is invaluable. Cadillac hill was a blast, I actually only puckered up on big sluice, funky drop with off camber and climb (kinda hard to describe) , didn't bother my wife, she was busy spotting passenger side for me LOL. I am home all weekend, drop by if you want and check out the dings and dents on the XJ.

Raf
When I get some time this weekend I will put some pics online. Son is gonna edit Gopro for me I will post it online. One of the volunteers had a full frame XJ running coils and 4 Link rear. That beast you are building would be right at home on the Rubicon!
