Pretty sure that was the thing they tested on Top gear UK. Something similar anyway made by MB.  Pretty sweet.

Cool truck, too bad it is so expensive.  I know my wife would like the interior... haha

I think if given the choice I'd still rather have the Brabus Unimog though
