WTB: 5x4.5" to 5x5.5" wheel adapters

Before I resort to the interwebz, is there anyone with a set of 4 wheel adapters (to put 5x5.5" rims onto a Jeep XJ/YJ/ZJ etc with 5x4.5" bolt pattern)?
