Door handles

Is there exterior pull handles available for  JK  doors??? The wife's arthritis makes it difficult to open the doors and I'm hoping theres an option out there.

Remove doors, then no handles needed:)

Best top makes a soft upper and lower door that uses tj style paddle handles. Ucf makes hard lower door that used same handle. Do not know if best top soft upper will fit.
