2016 Jeepers for Vets - Veterans' Food Bank Food Drive

Once again, Jeepers for Vets will be hosting a year-end food drive for the Calgary Veterans' Food Bank.

Last year's event was a great success with over 30 Jeeps participating and piles and piles of donations.

This year especially, the Veterans' Food Bank is struggling... Many military personnel find employment in the oil patch after they leave the service, and as everyone is aware, our energy industry has taken a huge beating the past couple of years. Corporate donations are down and we are seeing a growing number of younger veterans and their families that are dependent on the services and support the Veterans’ Food Bank provides.
