Tranmission Control Module

Can anyone tell me where the TCM is physically located in a 94' Cherokee. Is it under the glove box, under the dash on drivers side or is it under the hood? Any feedback much appreciated.

Its under the glove box on the passenger side bolted to the plastic panel underneath of it. On my old XJ the tweeters were mounted in the same panel.
