drywaller / painter wanted

is there anybody here thats a drywaller or painter?   need some work done on my condo main lobby.

we have a to patch up a ceiling thats about 5''x10' and 2 other spots about 1'x2' .    ceiling height is about 9 foot.

the ceiling area is maybe 1000 square foot. that would need to be repainted.
