I am wondering if someone can tell me if the newer TJ's have child seat ratcheting seat belts. What I mean is that in newer cars if you pull the seatbelt all the way out, it will ratchet back in and you can't pull it out anymore until you put it all the way back in. My wife's 2000 Taurus is this way. My 98' TJ needs a special adapter which quite honestly is a pain in the butt to use. I am wondering if I can get seatbelts from a newer TJ, say a 05', and have them be a direct bolt in, while at the same time making it easier to get child seats well secured in the back. Can anyone check their newer TJ's and see for me.
Thanks,
Jeff
