Kinda funny...I DO work at a Jeep dealership but all the diagnostics are now set up to plug into onboard systems.  What I'm looking for is the old fashioned 'sniffer' that used to be part of the 'scopes' that were used for diagnostics pre ECMs.

you could call around to a few private auto shops that have been around awhile and still have the old equipment.

They're called "Dingo's" not "Rango's".

And if there is no funny smoke, just like Ralph told the ranchers, S,S&SU!!

The time will come when everything powered by internal combustion will require a sniff test.
But until that time, its not a legal requirement here in Alberta (yet!).
And lets keep it that way

Gee thanks Chris...always gotta be the funny guy don't ya :D.

I'm just curious about what an average SUV is exhaling out the tailpipe...trying to be aware of my contribution to the pollution :o.
