Title: heeps giving troble again !

hey all, I need some help with this Jeep of mine. I blew the Tranny out and I am in the mist of getting a new AX15 hopefully get that is not a big problem it my damn lights again ! I got mad and got rid of the relay idea  :) best thing I did but now every time I try to turn the lights off the fuse blows and I have no idea why it worked for a week or so and then it started do this to me

and can anyone point me in the right direction for front u-joints they are completely gone on the Jeep and I have the new ones and I have gotten the rotor off but I can't get any futher do I need a gear puller or what I did try and it just messed things up for me.
any advice would be muchly appreciated thanks all !
