Looking for those heavy rubber hoses and garage door/wall vents that you put on your tail pipe to get the exhaust outside so you don't off yourself running the engine in the garage,...
Can't seem to track one down,..
-
I was thinking I need one too. I was just going to make a hole in the wall, and run some extra drier venting that I had. Unless someone else has a better idea.

can try calling some garage door installers... they may point in a direction
-
Gregg's distributors....they carry everything!
-
I work for Acklands Grainger ,.. and so do we,.. just not that
Hmmm they do have it I better look better at work

Best place would be Green Line Hose http://www.greenlinehose.com/_pdf/hose_08/Automotive.pdf page 104!!
-
you mean the black accordian style hose I see at home depot or rona that's used for lanscaping drainage?
-
that stuff has perforations in it... kinda contradictive to expelling the exhaust out of the garage.
-
when i had a garage and ran my car i just used 4" tin pipe cause it was free and it worked fine do you want some

what about the aluminum dryer hose?
you can get that stuff up to 20'

I use to use four 4 inch exhaust flex pipe. I got it from work for free but give any truck shop a call and they should stock it. It used on a lot of highway trucks in their exhaust. It will take the heat and it is stainless so it will not rust.

Yeah, Jay. That drier hose was all I was thinking of using, until something better comes along.

i bought 25 feet of exhaust flexible hosing for my Motorhome's onboard generator. It works awesome.
It was $50 from my 'buddy' Al at Calgary Muffler.

I purchased the door vent from Napa and the exhaust hose from P.A.
