How many of you guys run Goodyear TA KO's?
I've got a $400 gift card to CT burnign a hole in my pocket, and looking to put it towards a set of new tires. Any opinions on these? I'm looking to get 31's, and hoping they go on sale at some point ::)

BFG ATKO's are a great tire. $400 will almost get you two at CT, In the last year I only saw them go on sale once at that was for 10% off

I have a set of 33x10.5's on my TJ. They are an awesome AT. Much quieter than the stock Goodyear and very good in the snow and ice. For an AT they did well in the mud.....for an AT. My only complaint is offroad they have a bead protector that was a magnet for sticks and rocks and I often have leaks as a result. They wear very well on a Jeep.

How about these vs. the Roughrider M+S?
Roughly the same price...

You won't be disappointed with the BFG AT KO's if you're looking for a good AT.

I'm on my 5th set on 3 seperate vehicles.
90 GMC 3/4 ton
07 Gmc 3/4 ton
88 Yj
They are my main set of tires, I havn't found a better allround tire for what I do.
Oh and by the way I have a set of 5 for sale ;D (shameless plug ;D
please see my add, I want bigger, fatter ones

I run them on the wife's Grand, and on my lifted XJ. Love 'em, except they are a wee bit wide on the XJ (33"x12.5"), kinda like toboggans on the snow.

i run 33x12.5 BFG's and n probs here

rough rider M&S no where near the same tire as the bfg.
the rough rider is a good tire for the right application. But you will not be happy with it for your jeep

i am runnin the mickey thompson ATZ plus on my WJ. so far this winter i've been very impressed. i'd put them on the same page as the bfg ATs maybe even better in the snow....
i've also run the BFGs on a few vehicles, and used to run em on the WJ. only reason i iwent with the ATZs was price. they were a lot cheaper than the BFGs

Where did you get the ATZ's ?
-
got them from Bryan at Modern Motors. he took the time to help me find something in my price range (cause the BFGs were too much)
all the sales guys at modern are pretty good. have always treated me good at least

I run BFG AT's on our 99 Jimmy and love them. I think that they are the best AT tire out there for any SVU.

Also pro comps all terrian tires is awsome as well had no problems with em
-
Canadian tire can order ATZs and ProComps ask them to look it up on the keystone site

General Grabber AT2's have the same tread pattern as the BFs and I've found that they don't chuck as bad a the bf's when driven on alot of gravel, which tends to make them last longer, and they're cheaper too.
