Title: TJ Bumpstops HELP!!!!!!!

In the middle of putting 2" spacers in my gf's TJ. I can't get the front bumpstops off. Got them loose, but they just spin. WTF????????? I did this on my old XJ and they just came right off. What is going on? Ideas?

The bolt just spins?  or you are just twisting the rubber bit?
