Title: Tower Chrysler

I have a new to me Jeep JK that needs some warranty work.  I know the tsb's that address the issues, so are there any service reps that are better to deal with than others?  You can pm me if you have any suggestions as I don't think we should post any names on this board.  Tower Chrysler is close to my place so I would like to take it there.

Tower is still CJA friendly.
They have always done good by me.
Craig Davies is the shop foreman and usually Chris is the jeep guy.

Yea Talk to Craig. His first trail run was in 64 and he was driving in a flat fender at Indian graves. So he has 45 years plus jeep experience. He has every tsb memorized.

If their service department is good, then it's too bad that their sales team doesn't care. I stopped by there on two separate occasions before I bought my JK, and couldn't get anyone to give me the time of day. They acted as if they'd be doing me a favour by even discussing a Jeep with me, let alone walking out onto the lot and looking at one.

Their loss was Big 4's gain.
