Hey guys...So I just got back from 5 months in australia, and unfortunately my 02 tj has been sitting out in the cold for that entire time. Despite pleas to my parents to let it run every once and a while, they did not. Last night when I got home I went and started it up, and let it run for about 30 mins, seemed to run fine.
Today I went to go for a drive, started it up (needed to give some gas to start) and it idled fine. I then shut it off so i could turn on the passenger side airbag. When started it up, it started then slowly stalled out, ie. rpms dropping right to zero. I tired starting again and the same thing happened. I managed to get it to idle after letting it run at 1500 rpm for a minute or two. Now everytime I let the jeep cool down and then go to start it up, it does the same thing and stalls.
I am also wondering if its idleing low, i cant remember where abouts it used to sit.
Any ideas? Is it something that will stop as i continue using it? Thanks in advance.

The fuel may be bad, did you put any fuel stabilizer in it before you left?

Add fresh fuel and some stabalizer and a can of injector cleaner, then drive around for about half an hour. Then change you fuel filter.

Thanks guys...Picked up some injector cleaner, I'll toss it in with the next fill!
