Title: ECM for Yj

What is the difference in a YJ  ECM for a 5 speed or an automatic? I want to put a 4.0 and a 42re transmission in my YJ.  I have a ECM for a 5 speed.  Does anyone make a standalone controller for the Automatic?

the are the first to build the proper hemi a la TJ harness, so im thinkin they can build what you need.
