Oh yes. ;D
Room for a 9.5ti to be exact. I've already got the winch, synthetic line, and a hawse fairlead (although at some point I'd like to get my hands on a black or grey anodized fairlead)

Came on the winch, actually. If you're looking, I think that Bnine posted up a link to a place that has good prices.
You could also look at winchline.com
Given the gearing in your powerplant, I'd guess that you'll want 3/8" synthetic.

So will you be selling these bumpers? If so how much? Will it fit a Rubicon with the electronic sway bar? and still fit the winch?
-

I can answer a few of those questions on that particular bumper.
-Yes, it will fit a winch. Mine's being set up for a Warn 9.5ti, but I'm pretty sure that Jason would be able to adapt the design for a different winch.
-Yes, it will fit a Rubi with the electric Disco. One of the things I discussed with Jason was a separate skid plate fabbed out of 3/16" plate that will replace the stock "blocker beam" and provide proper coverage for the electric disco motor. Since it's a part that is likely to see some abuse, we're looking at having it be a "bolt-on" skid plate that can be removed easily for repairs with a BFH or replacement if required.
I don't want to put words into Jason's mouth, so he'll have to adress price with you separately. I will just say that I feel that I'm being treated VERY well in terms of value for my dollars, communication from Jay throughout the build process, and getting what I've asked for. :)

Best looking mid-width on the market. Kinda reminds me of the front of the batmobile in person.

Nice work!

jeep? bumper? where?

Was there a purpose to the double step in the center section or was it just cosmetic?
-
the steps are used to set the winch down in the frame rails
