x2!! Get 'er done Jeff!! Gonna start with bigger flares?
-
its not going to be given away ..
im thinking daily driver . but will the 318 be better then the 4.0 im my rubi
i know the leather seats will ;D
i guess ill find out when i get it running
-
What's your definition of better? I'd think it'd have more torque and seat of pants go, but probably would get worse mileage. ???
-
I think I get about the same milage in my Z with the 5.2 as the Z with the 4.o, if I'm highway driving. And the only thing thats been done is the exhaust. I think it would be rather juicey in a ruby.
-
still got warrenty left on the RUBI so im not putting the 318 in it .. but i could always rip it out and build her up nice and strong and then slap her in when shes all ready
uhmm ideas ..
how much you think i can get for the diffs . tcase . and other stuff if i were to part it out
-
Hey Jeff..What did you end up paying if you don't mind my asking.
I would keep it as a second vehicle personally, in case if you run into problems on the trail, at least you would have the ZJ to get you around for whatever.
If it has the AWD t-case, don't expect much for that the thing if you decide to part out, you can barely give those things away...
Get a 2" BB on there & some At's, cheap... save the miles on your daily???
oh...& have some fun with it...

I am a huge fan of having a trail rig, and a daily driver. Not one in the same. What happens when the tree jumps out at ya, and renders the trail rig inoperable? you get it home, and do all your running around in the DD.
just my $0.02

You can do this with a ZJ:

im thinking daily driver .
i wouldnt do much to it since i have a RUBICON .. it would cost alot to build a ZJ to beable to do what a TJ does
its the AWD V8
should be ok on gas probably better then my RUBI on 34''
and it would give my RUBI a break from the miles i put on it
all i know is ill be looking for a front passenger fender and front light and bumper

Yes they are. The front ones fit perfectly but the rear have a couple gaps.
