I was pondering on the idea to purchase rock sliders & then I ran into a thread in question about rocker panel replacements.
I wasn't to concerned about the cancer that has begun to develop & thought, meh.. until I ran into this...

Thoughts??? Would this be the better approach for someone considering the replacement of their rockers cost wise, or have I fallen off my rocker???

That's good work Nathan!!! I didn't know that was your baby... 8)
So who's fabbing these up for you, yourself?
The cost should not be much more then sliders alone, correct?
It makes sense to do something like this for the uni-body..

it's 4playzj's... Nathan is an XJ man.

its definatly not as easy as bolting on sliders, lots grindin and fabin on the go. But the end result is tuff and looks good.

I'm still learning here... :-[
All I can say is wow, what a wicked idea! I wonder how much this ran in the cost of materials, I'll have to read more in depth on those links later.
hmmm.. maybe 4playzj has decided to retire his old set & design something new?? lol ;) Nice Jeep man!
