Price is depends on a lot of things

Usually we strip it down to see what damages there is inside. There always is.

We have the head tech from Sait working with us now. Just retired. Builds the tightest engines.

Cant wait to try my new engine out in spring.

What do u mean u have a motor for sale? what motor? whats wrong with it?

i have ajeep for sale. a 89 cherokee ltd for $1000 nothing wrong with the motor at all. i'm thinking i wouldn't mind redoing the motor in one of my other ones in spring maybe. do you think its alot more than 600 to rebuild?

If theres nothing much wrong inside and depends what replacement parts you want to use.   Like regular rings or molly rings.

R&R the engine

Set it up after we get it back in

I think we give a 1 year warranty also

cheers

318000 kms i think, its high but it still runs great.i don't think a guy would want to spend too much time swapping it just incase it crapped out in 6 months. i don't know.

Its been my experience that you cann't get a totaly rebuilt engine ready to drop in for less than $1200. And at $1200 I would wonder about the quality.

ya

you can do the bare minimum if your short on cash

Mine that we just did i think was pushing over $2000   but i used the best of everything and bored out, new pistons, rods, rockers, lifters, heads, camshaft, waterpump, etc

Didnt have much of original left.

So theres cheap to expensive. Most people do in between.

Theres nothing wrong with minimum but if your going to rebuild your engine you my aswell make it better then it was before.
