Why so sad? Now they'll be able to hit another corner in the market place. For years they tried to resemble the huge Hummer, and they finally did that with the last few jeeps and now they'll be able to go after the looks of the smallest jeep ever made category with trying to resemble the Fiat. Square headlights didn't work, station wagons didn't work, plastic didn't work, hummer look alike didn't work, so now its time to move on. :P ;D

they did that when they introduced the 3.8 and ditched teh 4.0L..................
i don't really see what the big deal is; capitalism without bankruptcy is like christianity without hell. just doesn't work.............. Chrysler and GM have whats 'coming' to them. the market has shifted considerably and they havn't. gone are the days of 60k gas guzzlers that 20% of the population can buy, and in are fuel efficency and cheap.
i think Alberta's a little shielded from this trend as there is so much oil money here and the need for fullsize trucks. head to Toronto, Vancouver or any other urban sprawl and you see whats in: 'cheap and effiecient' or at least compact and efficient. completely the companies fault for not following the trends.........
