ok so my engine is missing. come and goes..... but alot more comming...i used to have this problem alot but it magically went away.
I got the codes 12
33- An open or shorted condition detected in the duty cycle purge solenoid circuit
27-Injector 3, and/or 4, and/or 5, and/or 6 output driver does not respond properly to the control signal.
well 33 could be because i was fiddleing around with the injector connections to see if it would stop....but could also be the problem.
and code 33..... no idea what that means.......someone fill me in?dont really know about solenoids.
thanks for the help.

Code 33 = AC relay , air conditioning is not all that common on a Wrangler , the relay is not there = code thrown.
The other codes ?, you messed with it , all you're trouble started months ago when you began messing around , looking for more power.
Correct me if I'm wrong but .......... you have had some grief , and have been experimenting with things , wrecked stuff , stripped some threads etc ???
You put in larger injectors , some kind of cold air ( home made ) intake ? , wern't you grinding out an intake manifold ? .
Don't make me search
-
Nope no stripped threads.
did put larger injectors in, and they work well, they have given me a bit better mpg and a bit more power. they are the bosch design III. Other then that just a larger throttle body and grinded out the intake manifold to match the TB
thanks for the tip on the AC.

i thought the injector output driver is the little chip that controls the injector when to open and close. this chip is in the computer box. so, it may be a pooched computer... maybe...

it is a new computer.
i just fiddled around with the injectors and it seems ok. anyone know where to getnew conectors? The peice that is on the wiring harness?

Good luck with that , possibly the aftermarket ?
Don't try at a dealership , they will give you a deer in the headlights look and would rather sell you an entire wiring harness . Scary price and probably obsolete.
Where I work , you can buy parts and peices from any connector on the vehicle , kinda handy. We sell parts for Deutsch connectors , packard , cannon ,weatherpack , delphi , molex and many more . I still havn't found the correct pins or connector bodies for any of the engine managment connectors on my YJ. I'd like to repair or replace a few damaged connectors on both of my YJ'S , locking latches broken , pins that are spread or damaged , stuff like that , some day I'll match them up , the odds ar e not good of finding the right parts .

Could be something as simple as a fuel filter.
-
hmm. mabey ill just have to frankenstin some stuff from a old harness.
nope it not a fuel filter, definitly a connection. i put some electric grease to help witht he connection but it dident help much, so it must be the wires and the attachment to the injector clip.
Gearhead. if you ever find someout let me know please.
im completly new to wrenching so i break as much as i fix.....
