Title: Evap canister

Do I really need it? Even with the armor plate around it, it got hit pretty bad last wheeling trip and its kinda hanging now. Do I even need it or can I just rip it right off. The only side effect I can really tell is that Im getting a bit of escaping air hiss when I remove my gas cap.

I think its ether on jeepforum or mallcrawling  but they did a evap can removal writeup just search for it. sorry thats all I got.
