Both zippers on my back window on my soft top broke tonight. Is there any way to get new ones put on? What next!

Found a company called CR tecknecs that is gonna do it for around 300 bucks

If you go direct to where that company usually goes, it will be cheaper.
Chinook Upholstery.
Don is the owner and a good guy.
Also, you can buy used windows in good shape (all 3) for MUCH less than $300. i just sold 3 for $80 ;)

what exactly broke, did the Slider break, did you strip teeth, did the actual zipper seams become detatched from the canvas, and on what part the window or the top?
-
Both of the zippers the metal sliders. The rest seems to be ok from what I can tell.

If it is just the sliders, than you can just remove the little piece at the end of the zipper that keeps them from falling off. I just used a grinding wheel on my dremmel. not sure where you will find the right size slidder to replace the old one, wallmart, and fabric land do not carry the right size. I may have one old slider left on my old hard top but I will not be able to get to it for a few days, look and see, if some one else on here has an old set of windows or top that got wrecked and see if you can get the sliders off of them.

That would be a bonus if it works out!
