nothing................
That's not entirely true, you'd get some excercise and may or may not get satisfaction from wrenching ;D
-
i could use the exercise, would it net me any lift if at all
-
too funny dwight!!!!!!!!!!
well i don't own one at all, i doubt it'd give you an inch even.
check out roughcountry they have a 2.5" lift cheap. lot of guys run it......

the only advantage I could see (someone with more knowledge over the JK can speak up) might be better quality suspension components ( I thought the rubi and sahara came with gas shocks for example. the electronic disconnects may also be an upgrade over your model. I still would not spend any money to purchase a used rubi stock suspension unless there where significantly better quality of parts or to replace damaged/warn parts on the stock unit.
I was sure the rubi came with bigger tires as well, so there may be some lift over stock, but I doubt it would be anything substantial.

I don't think that the disconnect would come with it. The Rubi disconnect is a whole different animal from "normal" disconnects.
The tires/wheels alone would be a nice upgrade for an X.
If you can get the shocks and springs for real cheap, word is that they are a little better...but don't expect much lift. I think that the difference would probably be in spring rates.

With the TJ's the spring difference is based on engine size and options like hard top or soft top. Apparently all of the springs are the same height, but if you use rubicon springs in something with the 4 banger you'd get some lift.
Either way I wouldn't change yours out for stock springs, not really worth it in my opinion. Go aftermarket if you're looking for lift.
