Title: Anyone know good trails around Red Deer / Sylvan Lake?

Are there any good trails out by Red Deer or Sylvan Lake?

I'm going to be camping at Jarvis Bay next week (Monday to Sunday) and would love to do some runs if anyone from that area will be going out.

Again, I'm a newbie, so I'm eager to learn, listen well, but couldn't lead a run if my life depended on it.

I'd be  for going out, but my rig needs work after yesterday....I'm thinking engine swap.  :P

Do a duplicate post on the Red Deer Packrats site...see if someone is going out.  :)

I've signed up there and posted to their forum.  If you end up getting up and running before next Sunday, give me a ring - I won't have my laptop, so won't be able to check forums after Monday am, but freel free to call my cell at 403-852-1603 if you're going out.
