Title: a/c clutch

The dealership only has a part# for the whole compressor assembly $700+ !!!

I just need a clutch and pulley. Anyone done the leg work on this, and have some part#'s?

Its for an 04 Rubi, so I will go out on a limb and say any late generation of the 4L with a/c will be the same model of compressor.

Try Polar Mobility. They can get you one if you give them the make/model of your compressor.

And whose part numbers are those?
The dealership was quite helpful in trying to find a reman part, or looking at other models to cross-reference an interchangeable part. To no luck.

Going to get a serpent belt for non-a/c and just ignore it for now. I don't want to pull the compressor just to find a make+model on it to get parts. The whole evacuate and recharge the refrigerant issue. So going to run without till I can rustle up what i need.

Thanks though, Clay's suggestion will require some legwork, next week for that.

I had my A/C Clutch replaced on my YJ a couple years ago. Heres a link to the company that supplied the parts. Worth a shot.
