Title: YJ Front Bench Seat

I am considering putting a bench in the front of my YJ. Has anyone here done this? What am I going to need? Will a Comanche seat fit right in do you think? Just in the thinking about it stage right now but would really like to do this soon.

Just wondering why....cause you can't fit three adults in a Comanche, unless you're real good friends.

I remember seeing a writeup of a Ranger bench seat in a YJ once, for what its worth ;)

I need the room for my three kids. They're still fairly small being 9,8 and 2. Also there should be a fair bit of room as my girlfriend is only 5 feet tall and about a hundred pounds. I think you have to be 'real good friends' to go anywhere with three adults on a bench seat in any vehicle.

Anyone have a Chomanche they could mesure the seat width for me?

Many of our crew trucks at work are single cab benchers, and you decide quickly whether to become friends or enemies ;)
