i took my tj out saturday night it drove fine all day on the highway and in calgary and was fine wheeling for a couple hours but i dropped into some big ruts it was all fine wheels where moving when i got pulled out i had nothing, and now it make a little noise when the engine is running
any ideas?
-
it may be possible your transfer case linkage was disconnected from the trasfer case leaving it in neutral.
-
checked that as soon as i got out
-
standard or automatic?
standard, maybe you should be looking at the clutch or its linkages.
automatic, check if you still have bolts connecting your flywheel to your torque converter, or maybe you caved the pan in and its sitting against the pickup, not getting oil through the tranny, no flow no go.

ok so i took the inspection plate and slave cylinder off and sprayed the garden hose in there now i get a little movement but it stops right away i think im going to take the trans out to clean the clutch more
