Title: Down shifting

hey guys ijust recently started having problems down shifting into first it makes a grinding noise just likeif you dont push the clutch in all the way even if i do the only way i can make it not grind is if i come to a complete stop and put it into first. any ideas on what it is and how i can fix it?

You should not normally shift into 1st on any vehicle when moving.  It is too hard on the synchro.
