Last week, my Facebook profile was changed by someone saying something like " I lost 8 1/2 pounds using a supplement from purgecolon.net"  It said it was changed from a mobile device, and I only knew because I got some weird arse messages from people.

Anyway, I ran a virus scan, facebook suspended my account, I thought all was good.  On Saturday morning I go to turn on my laptop to do some work and Windows won't run, the following file was missing or corrupt, blah, blah. 

I did not get a Windows XP Home Edt when I got my laptop, so I can't even re-install Windows.  My friend in tech support said he would help me, but he is not returing my calls.  I need to get someone to get my laptop up an running again and would like it done sooner than later because I need to catch up on some work in Simply Accounting ASAP.  If anyone on here would like to help me out, or point me in the right direction, please call me @ 403-861-8171.  Please don't PM me as I don't have a running PC.

Exact same thing happened to my buddy.
But it only messed with his facebook account. ???

I've got his laptop .... planning to pull the data off, scan that and just do a clean windows install.   Much quicker and easier than trying to clean/rebuild things
