Jason Penney is a thief from here that went to Toronto and continued to be a thief and is now back here still being a thief.
But i do not think he is a CJA member.

Ya, I thought I should rephrase the title to the thread. I'm pretty sure he was never a member of the CJA, but I recall a few threads back a few years after a day run.

Good to know the new user namer being used now, if that is the case.
