Title: 98 Jeep susp.lift

I have a 98 with spacers in frt springs,how do I get them out as it is wrote off ? Do I have to drop arms from diff as all else is unhooked

unhook shocks, sway bar links, and might have to unhook track bars. then the coils should come out and remove spacers.

Spacers are cheap. Save the effort and buy new ones. Or cut the coils with grinder if the vehicle is just going to the wrecker anyway.

where can I get the spacers?

modern motors or national 4wd usually have them in stock. Should be $88 for 4.
