So I bought my Jeep off of my Mother and had it shipped out here by train. It only has a couple of thousand left on extended warranty and I have a few issues I want taken care of. So which is the best dealership to deal with? I have a slight nock to the engine and pretty good vibrations after 100km/hr. The Jeep is totally stock.

i'd say the one closest to your home that has a customer shuttle.
10 people on here would say 10 different things (if we had 10 different dealerships).
100 people will say good and bad about every dealership in calgary. same all over the world i bet.
Also, we do not allow bashing since the dealerships are all good to us [the club and it's members] and treat us well.

I've heard lots of good things about Tower Chrysler....Never been there myself though.

Big 4 Motors. i work there. ive heard good and bad about every chrysler dealership in this city... except one. so go to whichever one is closest, and be nice.

You should add a poll, b/c everyone will have their favorite dealership.
With that said, the best thing you can do is try and establish a good relationship with your service adviser, and always deal with them exclusively, never bring in a dirty jeep, a box of Timmy's or coffee never hurt as well, etc.

My experience to date. Courtesy is good, big 4 is ok but not as good as it used to be, and renfrew always has, and always will be the worst dealer in town for a regular joe blow.
Those are the 3 I've used over the years. The rest I have no idea.

It's funny Renfrew is the only one i have ever been to and they have been good. I just ( 2 months ago) got my front drive shaft replaced under warrenty despite 33" tires and a 3" lift. Of course they tried to get out of it, but using logic and reason with the manager it got done.
No they don't have the best customer service.... but they have always done a good job.

Well went into Big 4 last week to switch the warrany over and they were really nice and helped me do that with no issues. So I booked an appointment there.

Just got my 07 jk, great chat with the service guy at Big4. But National 4x4 were amazing ! they do same as dealers but with better parts. These guys must know their stuff !!!

We should poll and see what is the best dealer........ then get a group discount or other deals !!! Maybe have them sponsor our group !!! I'd be willing to promote a dealership/ repair shop for an incentive !!! How about you?

Thats the Key, The service advisor is the guy that you need to be comfortable with.

i have always been treated very well at National.
Same goes for Modern and Tower.
