Title: NO SIGNAL LIGHTS

I HAVE NO SIGNALS, 4 WAYS, AND FAN FOR THE BLOWER.

What can be the problem?  Its been 3 weeks and I need to fix this problem.  I checked the fuses and I replaced the relays.

A little info on what you drive might help.
