A garbage bag would work :)

Or pick up a specially fit cover from Modern, they cant be too steep. Maybe use your Ralph Bucks?

one of our fellow members is getting known for his blue duffle/gym bag and bungee straps. It makes a pretty good cover.

  those aren't bungee straps, it's a 6mm climbing cord carefully looped around the duffle bag to prevent flapping and obstruction of the signal light, and tied with a proper square knot to match the head lights

An official Warn cover for my 8274 was $70.00 and up.  I'll be doing the duffle bag/garbage bag thing most likely.
