about a month ago, I priced a set of 33x12.5x15's from a local fountain tire.  My buddy just bought them for his f-150, and at a couple auctions I have seen a few wore out pairs.  They have been up here for awhile.  Their pricing isnt terrible either, which cant always be said for goodyear tires.

They are comparatively quiet to a m/t, and clean out much better then most a/t's.  They arent hard to balance, and they are reasonably light.

What did they quote you for the 33's, if you don't mind me asking? They seem to be just the tire I'm looking for :)

i think installed and balanced, tire tax, gst, a set of 5 was $1263.xx, if my memory serves me correctly.

that doesn't seem to bad. Although I would only need 4, and mount/balance myself :)
