So, I have some vibratons, and as you read, I have 15x10's, with 32x11.5's on them. I am using 5oz counteract balancing beads. The tires are MT/R's. I bought them used, and 2 of the 5 had some treadwear "feathering", one of which was relegated to being the spare, and the other was used (and has since wore round again).
All the tires are in good shape, and all are within 1/32 of wear. The jeep is on its OEM suspension.
With these wheels/tires, If the wheels are clean, I can run 130kph with minimal issues, however these wheels seem to accumulate sand, mud, snow, etc inside the rim (as in the inner wheel as mounted towards the vehicle), which will undoubtedly change the balance characteristics. I am forever washing the wheels out, and it is difficult to get all of the material that deposits itself inside the wheel.
In thinking about this I have come up with some theories, and they are as follows:
The 32x11.5 is a pretty narrow tire for that size rim. As a result, the tires do not "guard" debris from getting in.
The wear pattern on the tires may have an effect on the balance.
Using 5oz (from counteracts chart) beads may not have been the correct application for used tires (however i see this as unlikely)
Perhaps it is just something that you must live with when running this size of rim and mixing it with mud/snow etc.
Any insight is appreciated.

Just out of curiosity, what type of tire did you run prior to these? is it a consistent vibe or is more of a repeated "clunking". It may just be larger lugs on your tires are more noticeable than your previous tires.

I had some bfg a/t's however they were on different rims, and I ran some mt/r's on rubi rims just prior to these wheels/tires.
the vibration is somewhat intermittent, however, it only exists if I have some debris inside the rim. If I wash it out good, vibes are gone, if I think I have washed it good but leave a bit of mud/whatever, the vibe will be much different then before I attempted to clean out the rims.
There is not any clunking whatsoever.

from what I have seen, and it has been alot, that is one of the things that you may have to deal with.
I drove to work today and didn't kick the snow out of the rims and wow what a ride to work.
I have not had any experience with balance beads but I have had some friends tell me that they will sometimes work, but if they are cold they will sometimes stick to one part of the tire and vibe alotuntiltheywork them selves loose when they warm up a little. most just go back to normal wheel weights(ugly and annoying as they are)
I do not believe this has anything to do with width of the tire(however the bigger the tire, the heavyer it is and small changes can make big differences(mainly with respect to bent rims and huge heavy spots.) a buddy had some tsl's in a 33 and one rim asked for 14 ounces of weight.we didn't balance them and he actually had an ok ride with a slight vibe at about 100.
this same thing happends to alot of vehicles, more so if you drive on gravel or dirt roads alot.
some times the shape of the wheel will have an impact too.
I think with wider wheels, there is just more surface area for the dirt to sit in when the vehicle stops, gets washed and dries in the one spot and causes issues.
some wheels almost have a large spot for dirt to pool in.
you get the idea anyway.

i run 32x11.50 on 15x10 with zero issues. i also have those tiny balance beads in them as well.

Use more counteract beads, Go to 6 ounces. The extra amount of material can be used inside the tire when the rim is unbalanced and will distribute itself evenly when there is no unbalance.

If I have to crack a tire off, I just may do that...
