Title: What should this be worth? 2003 Rubicon

A friend is selling a 2003 Rubicon w/ 225,000 km on it.  Its a Rubi, so I obviously dont need to go into deal about all the options.  What would a good price be on this thing?

Has it been offroad? how many times?
What parts have been replaced since new?

Any Mods?
tires? tread life?
scratches, dents accidents?
stereo upgrades?

Lol. I'm just looking for a range here.  Probably never been serious off roaded.  And maintained decently.  Body is spot on for a 2003.  A few issues nothing of real note.  What u guys think?
