What does "Trans fluid weeps at union?" and is it an easy fix?

Union of engine, T Case, or driveshafts? Weeps I wouldn't worry about cause it means there is evidence of a leak but it's not pouring out. Three degrees of leaks... weeps, seeps, or leaks.
