I think a 25hp Yamaha would do it nicely.  I'd be interested to know how fast you could make it go though.

This one goes about 22mph but the little 9.9 works pretty hard to get it to plane out.

looks neat. i just had my first experience on a seadoo this weekend. doing 110km/h on water is pretty cool. the unit in the pic needs a blown big block, and cupholders of course :D
