Title: "flipflop" 2010 2 Door Mountain Edition
Post by: Saraha4X4 on October 03, 2010, 04:41:56 PM
So I will be ordering my lift kit for the 2 door on monday, I will be going with the new 3.5" Rough Country Lift, wheel spacers and discos, During the winter I will look at getting a set of 35's so mine will be bigger than the wifes by a 1/4" that will drive her nuts.

So I now have the lift and the 35's sitting in my bay at work but am now waiting in wheel spacers cause national 4x4 screwed up and now could be a couple of more weeks to get the spacers needed to get the 35's on. Needless to say not very impressed with national 4x4 to say the least!!!!!

What tirebrand did you end up buying? Have you tried Stan at Northridge for the spacers? Man is fast at shipping parts to people.

Quoted for truth. Stan has frequently gotten stuff to me less than 24 hour after I've ordered it. Even when he accdientally shipped a slightly different set of shocks to me, he was all over the issue immediately - express shipping replacement shocks to make it right.

If he doesn't have something in stock, he'll give me a no-bs estimate of how long it will take to get it. Most of the time that has been less than two weeks.

I think I will try out Stan for now on, So I ended up going with some tires called Fierce Attitude. After you get past the name they are a goog looking very agressive tire made by goodyear, my price through work was 1000 for 4 35's guess we will have to see how they do.

The ONLY time I have heard anything bad about Stan was when he was a little low on stock, and that was only because he had broken his leg and found it  little hard to get around from the house to the shop as easily as before.

Top. Notch. Guy.
