Hey guys,
My Radiator finally gave up the ghost yesterday. Despite three years of recrimping the steel tabs back onto the plastic top there is no chance of keeping fluid in it any longer.
Just wondering if anyone has a good replacement option for me? I want something that is all metal, welded top and bottom, and relatively cheap. When I say relatively cheap I am looking to spend as little as possible for a good, solid radiator. I have other more expensive things that need attention right now and wasn't planning on replacing the radiator.
A while back someone told me about aluminum replacement radiators being sold on Ebay. I just don't want to be waiting six weeks for it to be sent or have to pay $100 in duty/shipping.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Mopac or any performance shop should be able to help out. There are a host of aluminium rad manufacturers. You just need dimensions, what sides the in/out, are, and you should be golden.
I recall an alu racing rad for a mustang 5L was like $300 or so for the previous monster-buggy. It was beefy and with a couple of electric fans, worked great. But I am sure there are replace-a-rad's out there exactly for wranglers.

I bought an all metal rad from 1-800 radiator for 200 hundred bucks (bout a year ago) - I had it made as a 3 core instead of 2 - he said it was the first time he was ever asked to make a YJ rad in 3 cores - I am very happy with what I got for the price.

I got a heavy duty one for my YJ from extreme radiator for about $300ish to my door a couple years ago now.
