Are the pinion bearings hard to change in a 95 yj

no that was all good sorry bout that one..........what I was wanting to ask after i take drive shaft off then the yoke nut can the bearing be taken out or does a guy need to pull axles

you need to pull the axles and the innards of the pumpkin then brass punch/hammer out the old races, brass punch/tap in new ones.  this may affect preload.  some diffs use crush sleeves so lots of torque required.  also need new pinion nut and seal.  it isn't a lot of work if you have the tools and done it before.  if not, can take a good amount of time.
